He has served as CIO, Operations Director, IT Director and Bid Manager in addition to performing a large number of Consultant roles.

Achievements: Created a strategy and operational implementation plan for the physical relocation of the Homebase management information systems and head office infrastructure. Led Remploy’s major IT/IS upgrade, including introduction of high-availability/high-resilience clustered infrastructure and SAN. Also re-organised a techno-centric IT function into a customer-focused ‘information services’ function; Led Siemens’ successful multi-million pound bid for a pan-European VSAT communications network to 14,000+ sites for Ford of Europe. Experience: Colin possesses substantial international IT programme experience and has delivered complex change in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He has led major programmes, and holds post-graduate qualifications in information systems, technology strategy and software engineering. This associate is a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (CITP FBCS) and is a former Trustee and Vice Chair of the Advisory Council of BCS; Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA); Mensa; The Real Time Club (Life Member).
