Managed a successful re-sign bid to the value of £75 million minimum commitment spend over five years for a major High Street and Commercial Bank, Credit Card company and Mortgage provider in UK and internationally.
Started, managed and established the Offshore Bid Management Practice for Xansa UK Ltd in India.
Transferred the IT helpdesk support service from multiple geographical locations to India and subsequently launched in many new geographies for over 10,000 users with zero downtime

Has written, defined and managed Programme and Project plans in Excel and MS Project, led Transitions, defined Transformation programmes and defined and managed Change and Configuration plans for large outsourcing deals. Has managed budgets of up to £2milion.
