Lead on developing a new maintenance lifecycle (value circa £45M) programme, including tendering and procuring professionals. Negotiated with banks and lawyers on behalf of the Middlesex University contract making it possible to deliver the lifecycle programme realistically, consistently and within a newly agreed budget
Conceived, Project Managed, and hosted the first Viridian Housing Staff conference for 850 colleagues who were geographically dispersed across the country
Led on the development of teams of property and team managers to empower and engage them to take responsibility for delivering customer facing services whilst setting and managing their own budgets totalling circa £30m
